Grafton Hub – Horizons Church

Community Bridge is proud to expand our reach into Taylor County through our Grafton Hub in partnership with Horizons Church. Located approximately two and a half hours from our main Resource Center in St. Albans, this Hub allows Community Bridge resources to reach individuals and families who otherwise may be too far away to access our primary location.

Bringing Community Bridge to Taylor County

Community Bridge was built on the belief that strong partnerships allow us to accomplish more together. Our Grafton Hub is a great example of that mission in action.

Rather than asking individuals and families to travel hours for assistance, we partner with trusted organizations already serving their communities. Through our partnership with Horizons Church, resources can now be distributed locally to help meet needs throughout Grafton, Taylor County, and the surrounding area.

The Grafton Hub serves as a local connection point for Community Bridge resources. Individuals and families experiencing hardship can access practical assistance without making the two-and-a-half-hour trip to our main facility.

Available resources may vary based on supply but can include:

Clothing and shoes
Hygiene and personal care products
Household necessities
Cleaning supplies
Family and children's items
Other essential resources as available

Our goal is simple: get resources where they are needed and into the hands of people who need them.
