About TGCN Village of Hope Webster Springs Hub
TGCN Village of Hope is Community Bridge’s Hub serving Webster Springs and the surrounding area through a partnership with the West Virginia Chapter of The Grandparents Community Network (TGCN).
Our goal is simple: to create a place where individuals and families can find practical help and hope when they need it most.
Supporting Grandparents & Kinship Families
TCGN Village of Hope has a special connection to grandparents and relatives who have stepped into the important role of raising children. The Grandparents Community Network was founded to support children and youth being raised by grandparents and kin and works to strengthen these families through advocacy, education, resources, and direct assistance.
Grandparents raising grandchildren can suddenly find themselves navigating financial pressures, changing family dynamics, and the everyday costs of raising children again. TGCN works to help bridge those gaps by connecting families with assistance for needs such as food, housing, education, medications, and crisis support.
Through TCGN Village of Hope, that mission is brought directly into the Webster Springs community.
A Community Resource
While our partnership with The Grandparents Community Network gives TGCN Village of Hope a special focus on grandparents and kinship families, the Hub is also a place of connection and support for individuals and families throughout the community.
TGCN Village of Hope helps connect people with available resources and practical assistance while treating every person with dignity, compassion, and respect. We want those who reach out for help to know they do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone.
