About our Self Care Fair
Self Care Fair is a monthly outreach ministry designed to bring encouragement, dignity, and practical support directly to residents in assisted living facilities throughout our area. Instead of waiting for seniors to come to us, we take our mobile resource center on the road — setting up in a facility’s common room and inviting residents to “shop” in a welcoming, uplifting environment created just for them.
Our Mission
The mission of Self Care Fair is simple: to love, serve, and bless seniors by meeting practical needs while offering meaningful connection. Many residents in assisted living communities face limited access to personal essentials or may simply need a reminder that they are seen and valued. Through this outreach, we provide clothing, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, and other helpful resources — along with warm smiles, conversation, and encouragement.
Self Care Fair is about more than supplies. It’s about community.

Volunteers are always welcome to join us! Whether you help set up, assist residents as they shop, distribute items, or simply spend time talking and listening, your presence makes a difference.
